What's On Whistler - December 2006

What an epic start to the winter season! The Whistler November snowfall record has already been broken -- 10 feet so far and it's still coming down in all its glory! Both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains are open for daily operations as of November 23 - just listen for the hoots and hollers echoing down to the valley.

The season is further heralded by the vast range of Whistler's winter activities, twinkling holiday lights and decorated trees, as well as Whistler's vibrant arts and entertainment scene. Celebrate and be merry with a festive cocktail or warming eggnog latté in front of a roaring fire. December's jam-packed festivities, concerts, holiday events and celebrations top off the perfect day on the slopes, in the spa, or snowshoeing and sleigh riding through Whistler's peaceful valley forests.
Welcome to winter. Let it snow...more!
